The Technical Consulting Center represents a group of experts specializing in light and medium duty trucks who work directly with clients and truck suppliers on vehicle and upfitting specifications, pricing, and vendor selection based upon a client's unique requirements. The purpose of this group is to ensure clients get the right truck at the right price, delivered on time and in the most efficient manner possible. Requirements include: knowledge of light duty truck specifications, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to consult with clients.
Element is seeking talented operations and customer service leaders with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, operations or client account management, preferably in a business-to-business environment. Prior people leadership experience including demonstrated success in maximizing individual and team performance to achieve department objectives and positively impacting employee engagement.
Our sales leaders use knowledge of assigned geographic territory and Salesforce.com data to fuel prospecting activity. They connect with decision makers in prospect organizations, and build and develop relationships, as well as identify prospect "pain" and qualify opportunities.
- Identify and qualify new leads by researching and networking
- Qualify new opportunities by cold calling
- Follow up as appropriate on leads generated by Sales Administrator, Marketing or other internal partners.
- Requirements include: BA/BS in business or related discipline, Master's preferred. Equivalent experience accepted for degree; 3-5 years in a complex B2B sales role
The Collision Adjuster reviews and authorizes damage claims on fleet vehicles that have been in accidents; negotiates with suppliers for best repairs at fair prices; and consults and recommends best course of action directly to fleet managers, risk managers district managers or regional managers on a per claim basis. Requirements include: 3 - 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry analyzing damage estimates and negotiating with suppliers.

They negotiate repair prices when appropriate and provide authorizations for valid repairs. Qualifications include ASE truck certifications, 3+ years if hands-on truck mechanic experience, excellent customer service skills and strong PC skills.
