Bradley Nullmeyer

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Bradley Nullmeyer was appointed as President of Element Financial Corporation in September of 2012 and became the CEO of Element Fleet Management Corp., upon the separation of Element Financial into two companies in the fall of 2016.

As co-founder of Newcourt Credit Group in 1984, he had lead responsibility for corporate acquisitions and the development of Newcourt's major international vendor finance programs and joint ventures. Mr. Nullmeyer served as President of Vendor Finance for CIT USA until 2001 and more recently as Co-CEO of OTEC Research Limited, a Canadian health products research enterprise.

He currently serves as chair of the Audit Committee of the board of directors of DH Corporation, a  Global financial technology provider, and is Vice-Chair, of the board of directors of ECN Capital, a North American commercial finance business. Mr. Nullmeyer also serves as a member of the Board of Element Fleet Management Corp. and The Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation. Additionally, he continues to be very active in amateur sports, particularly alpine skiing and community based hockey leagues in Toronto.

Mr. Nullmeyer earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in 1982 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1984.

Samir Zabaneh

Chief Financial Officer
​Element Fleet Management Corp.

Samir Zabaneh was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Element Fleet Management Corp. in January 2017. He is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and brings valuable strategic, operations and financial technology expertise to Element.

Prior to his appointment at Element,
Mr. Zabaneh was the Chief Financial Officer of Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY), a leading provider of electronic payment and related technology platforms, where Mr. Zabaneh was responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including reporting, treasury, tax, financial planning, corporate development and M&A. In addition, Mr. Zabaneh was responsible for investor relations and related communication, as well as the development and implementation of the corporate strategy. Heartland was acquired by Global Payments in April 2016, and Mr. Zabaneh was instrumental in overseeing the integration.

Previously, Mr. Zabaneh held senior leadership roles in finance, strategy and operations at Moneris Solutions, Fortress Investment Group, Q9 Networks, CIT, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, having started his career at Ernst & Young in Boston.

Mr. Zabaneh holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. Mr. Zabaneh is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Dan Jauernig

President and COO
​Element Fleet Management Corp.

Dan Jauernig is Chief Operating Officer of Element Fleet Management Corp. following his role as Executive Vice President when he joined Element in November 2014. 

Mr. Jauernig brings an exceptionally strong background in both finance and business operations to Element, including more than 24 years of financial services experience. He joined Element from his previous role as President & CEO of Classified Ventures /, a leading provider of online automotive research, reviews and advertising in the U.S, where under his leadership the company’s revenue grew nearly 20-fold. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jauernig served as Chief Financial Officer of Newcourt Credit Group and President of Newcourt Services.

A cross-border professional, Mr. Jauernig holds the Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) designations. He currently serves as chair of the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of HomEquity Bank and as a director on Torstar’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Jauernig graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1989 with an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics degree and became a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1990.

Karen L. Martin

Executive Vice President and Treasurer
Element Fleet Management Corp.

Ms. Martin began her career at Element as Treasurer of Element Financial in September 2012, and is currently serving as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Element Fleet Management Corp.

Ms. Martin has served in various senior management, treasury and finance positions at a number of private and public financial services companies over the past 25 years including eight years at Xceed Mortgage Corporation including serving as President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Xceed, she served in a number of management and treasury positions with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Ms. Martin holds the professional independent director designation (ICD.D) from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto's Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, in addition to being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Ms. Martin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Kristi Webb

President and CEO
Element Fleet Management North America

Kristi Webb is President and CEO of Element Fleet Management North America. Prior to this role, she was President and CEO of GE Capital Fleet Services which was acquired by Element Financial in 2015. Previously, Webb was general manager of the GE Capital Dealer Finance business, and held key leadership roles in marketing, operations and quality. Before joining GE, Webb gained leadership experience at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. She earned her BS and MA degrees from West Virginia University.

Jim Halliday

President and CEO
​Element Fleet Management International

As President and CEO, Element Fleet Management International, Jim is focused on strategic growth initiatives. In this capacity, he oversees Element’s global fleet offerings as well as any mergers and acquisitions related to fleet. Prior to this role, Mr. Halliday served as President and CEO of Element’s fleet management business. He has held a series of leadership roles during his 10 years with the company, including Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer for North American operations and, prior to that, President of PHH Canada. Earlier in his career, he held operations and management positions with Fundata Canada, Hollinger Mutual Fund Group and Vincent Associates. Halliday earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario as well as an MBA from the University's Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Leadership Development Program and Darden Business School's Management Development Program.

Mary Barcellos

Executive Vice President Human Resources
Element Fleet Management Corp.

Mary Barcellos is responsible for leading the global human resources organization. She has more than 30 years of experience, leveraging her former roles in finance in finance, operations, and HR at MCAP Financial Corporation. Prior to Element, Mary ran her own consulting practice. In addition to her CA CPA and CHRL, she holds the Human Resources and Compensation Committee designation through The Directors College of DeGroote School of Business. Barcellos holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Western Ontario.

John Wall

Chief Technology Officer
Element Fleet Management Corp.

John Wall leads the technology and IT organization, charged with creating transformative opportunities for the fleet industry. Prior to joining Element in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Symcor, one of Canada's leading financial processing services providers. While there he transformed the organization from legacy platforms to modern, secure, country scale cloud-based solutions, providing customers with reliable and scalable solutions for both analytics and transactional services. Before that, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the healthcare and financial services industries, earning seven patents along the way. Wall received his Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.

Kathryn Parkinson

Chief Credit Officer
Element Fleet Management Corp.

Kathryn Parkinson is Chief Credit Officer responsible for fleet management credit and risk management in both the United States and Canada. In this role, she is charged with evolving the Company's credit and underwriting processes and enhancing the partnership with Sales and Business Development teams to deliver Element's targets for growth and portfolio management. Prior to this, Parkinson served as Senior Vice President, Credit, for Element Commercial & Vendor Finance in Horsham, PA. Before joining Element in 2013, she was Chief Credit Officer for CIT Finance, U.S. Vendor Finance Division, responsible for a $2.5 billion lease/loan portfolio; she also served as chair of the Business Segment Investment committee and Chief Risk Officer for CIT's U.S. Vendor Finance business. Parkinson earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University and is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Institute.
