Element Fleet Management gathers three types of information about You: 1) data that Users provide through optional, voluntary registration on Our Web Site, 2) client data obtained via company terms as part of executing a contractual agreement and 3) data that Element Fleet Management gathers through aggregated tracking, mainly by tallying Web pages that are viewed by Users throughout Our Web Site.
How Does Element Fleet Management Collect Information?
Optional Registration: We collect information by specifically requesting it from You. Generally this occurs when You register at the Web Site or request information or a service. Element and its agents and representatives also collect personal information in a number of circumstances in the course of providing vehicle management and leasing services to our clients. Much of the personal information we collect is information about drivers of our clients in connection with the use of leased vehicles or our vehicle management services, as part of the services Element provides a client upon execution of a services agreement.
Aggregated Usage tracking
Aggregated usage tracking is conducted through the use of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and cookies, as described below. Such information enables us to tailor our content to fit Customers' needs better and to help understand our audience.

Element collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report on aggregated information, and to audit the use of our site. When Customers request pages from Element, our servers log the Customers' IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a Customer's session will be logged, but the Customer will remain anonymous to us.
By showing how and when Users use the Web Site, cookies help Us see which areas of the Web Site are popular and which are not. Many improvements and updates to the Web Site are based on such data as total number of visitors and pages viewed. This information is most easily tracked with cookies.
