The awards underscore Element’s commitment to process improvement and fostering a client-centric mindset
Element has been recognized with two Silver Stevie® Awards in the 20th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, one of the world’s leading programs honoring excellence in sales performance and customer-focused organizations.
Element was acknowledged with the Silver awards in the following categories:
Achievement in Value-Based Selling Techniques
Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year – Other Service Industries
The recognition reflects a focused effort to strengthen how commercial teams engage clients and deliver measurable outcomes. Through a global partnership with ValueSelling Associates, Element implemented a consistent, value-based framework across regions, supported by coaching, competency assessment, and leadership alignment.
Over the past year, Element’s partnership with ValueSelling Associates has driven tangible results across commercial teams. The work shifted conversations from product-led solution discussions to solving business problem focused dialogues. Teams are now encouraged to consistently quantify impact, apply structured qualification processes, and engage decision makers earlier with clearer value solutions. What was once dependent on individual style execution is now an organizational capability.
“These awards celebrate the people behind the progress,” said Siobhan Calderbank, Vice President, Talent & Performance at Element. “Our teams embraced new ways of working, strengthened their skills, and kept clients at the center of every conversation. Instead of short-term training, we focused on building lasting capabilities that scale globally. That meant investing in clear competencies, leader coaching and enablement, and consistent reinforcement, not just content delivery.”
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations across 41 countries were evaluated as part of this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. Winners are selected by industry experts and judged on innovation, impact, and measurable performance.
