Element recognized in the Report on Business Magazine “Women Lead Here” list for the second time in a row
March 31, 2025

The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business magazine continues to recognize the companies that are leading executive gender diversity through its annual Women Lead Here benchmark.
For the second consecutive year, Element has been honoured in The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business magazine “Women Lead Here” benchmark, joining an elite group of just 93 companies driving executive gender diversity in Canada. This benchmark assesses over 500 public companies with annual revenues above $50 million, evaluating key metrics such as the representation of women in top-tier executive roles.
The goal is to benchmark female representation in Canadian executive leadership, spotlighting businesses leading the charge in executive gender parity, and inspire action toward equitable leadership across industries.
