Vice President, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is essential to our business and our key stakeholders. Element shares the belief that all individuals, from different races, ethnicity, gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, military status, education, cultural backgrounds, life experiences, knowledge, and beliefs, should be respected, treated fairly, and have access to equal opportunities.
We strive to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive work culture founded on respect, where differences are genuinely embraced and celebrated. Our people – our greatest asset and differentiator with clients – represent many dimensions of diversity, and make us stronger, more innovative, and responsive.
Element’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion began in the early 1990s with the creation of Diversity Employee networks and a Supplier Diversity program. The supplier diversity journey initially focused on developing diverse vehicle acquisition partners as well as a process to identify and verify the diversity of maintenance and accident vendors. The journey has continued with Element developing additional diverse supplier relationships in other service categories over time and will continue as we grow our diverse supplier network to meet the needs of our clients.
It is Element’s policy to ensure that minority, women-owned businesses, small businesses, and other underrepresented groups have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in our business activities.
