Verizon Electronic Truck Compliance End User Terms and Conditions

Any smart devices (e.g., tablets and phones) must be provided by the Client. The Electronic Truck Compliance module also includes access to the J.J. Keller E-Log and Compliance Edition product offering (the “Keller Services”). The Electronic Truck Compliance Module is available only for those Vehicles then currently enrolled in Verizon Networkfleet Monitor module.

The Electronic Truck Compliance Equipment is an add-on enhancement to certain devices. It provides access to data for use within the Keller Services.

Client acknowledges and expressly agrees that the Keller Services are subject to separate terms and conditions between Client and J.J. Keller & Associates, and that Element shall not be liable for Client’s use, inability to use, or any other matters arising from, or related to, the Keller Services.
